The 1800W DC-DC Boost Converter is a high-performance, non-isolated step-up module engineered for demanding power applications such as e-bike voltage boosting, battery charging, and solar panel regulation. With a robust design and advanced protection features, this converter efficiently steps up DC input voltages to higher, adjustable output voltages, making it ideal for lead-acid, lithium, and solar battery systems.

Supporting an input voltage range of DC 12–60V, the converter delivers a continuously adjustable output voltage from 13V to 90V (input must always be lower than output). The module is capable of handling up to 30A input current for 12–30V and 25A for 31–60V, with a maximum output current of 20A. For optimal performance and safety, enhanced heat dissipation is recommended for loads above 15A or in high ambient temperatures. The converter’s constant current range is adjustable from .8A to 20A, making it suitable for a wide variety of charging and power supply scenarios.

The 1800W DC-DC Boost Converter features a fin-type heatsink and a temperature-controlled hydraulic bearing fan, ensuring excellent heat dissipation and quiet operation. The fan activates only when the temperature reaches approximately 60°C, extending its lifespan and reducing noise. The module is equipped with high-grade aluminum oxide insulation, high-power MOSFETs, and dual large Sendust magnetic cores for superior efficiency and reliability. Conversion efficiency can reach up to 98.1% under optimal conditions.

Comprehensive protection features include input reverse polarity protection (150A MOSFET), adjustable low voltage protection, input over-current protection, and dual short-circuit protection (input fuse and electronic). The module also includes three status LEDs for undervoltage, overcurrent, and power indication, as well as high-frequency and MLCC ceramic capacitors for low ripple and stable output.
