The 1800W DC-DC Boost Converter is a high-performance, 40A step-up module designed for demanding power applications, battery charging, and efficient voltage conversion. With an input voltage range of 10V–60V and an adjustable output voltage range of 12V–90V, this module is ideal for a wide variety of uses, from car battery charging to powering high-voltage devices. The converter features a robust constant current function, making it perfect for safely charging batteries and maintaining stable output under varying loads.

A temperature-controlled, bearing fan provides intelligent cooling—remaining silent under light loads and activating automatically when the temperature reaches 60°C. This design ensures optimal heat dissipation, reduces noise, and extends the service life of the module. The high-quality alumina insulation board and oversized ferrosilicon aluminum magnetic ring, combined with four 1.2mm pure copper enameled wires, guarantee low heat generation and exceptional efficiency.

The 1800W DC-DC Boost Converter boasts a conversion efficiency of up to 98.1% (48V to 60V/72V 8A), with built-in input reverse protection and overheating protection at 60°C. The module operates reliably in a wide temperature range (-20°C to 65°C) and is designed for strong air cooling, ensuring stable performance even in demanding environments.
