The Portable EV Charging Station – J1772 Connector 40A is a powerful and versatile Level 2 charging solution designed for North American EV and PHEV owners. With a maximum output of 40A and compatibility with 220V-240V NEMA 14-50P outlets, this portable EV charging station delivers up to 9.6kWh high-speed charging—7 times faster than standard Level 1 chargers. The 25ft cable provides the flexibility to reach your vehicle in any garage or driveway setup.

Equipped with a J1772 connector, this portable EV charging station is compatible with all non-Tesla electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids in North America, including Ford, GM, Nissan, Audi, Kia, Honda, BMW, Hyundai, and more. Tesla vehicles can also be charged with a J1772-to-Tesla adapter (not included). The charger is ETL and FCC certified, meeting rigorous safety standards such as SAE J1772, UL2231-1/-2, UL 991, UL 2251, UL1998, and UL 2594.

Enjoy smart charging with two operating modes: plug-and-charge (default) or app-controlled start. The intuitive LED touch screen displays amperage, charging speed, input voltage, delay time, and more. Easily adjust the current from 16A to 40A using the touch controls or the dedicated WiFi app, which also allows you to monitor charging status, set schedules, track charging history, and receive fully-charged notifications.

The portable EV charging station features robust safety protections, including overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and short-circuit protection. Installation is plug-and-play—simply connect to a NEMA 14-50 outlet and start charging. For 110-120V charging, use a compatible EV adapter cable (not included), but note that charging speed will be reduced.
