The Unitree Z1 Robotic Arm is a state-of-the-art 6-axis collaborative robot designed for advanced automation, research, and industrial applications. Available in both Z1 AIR and Z1 PRO models, this robotic arm combines high payload capacity, precision, and flexibility, making it ideal for integration into complex robotic systems or standalone use.

With a reach of 740mm and a payload of up to 3kg, the Z1 Robotic Arm delivers exceptional versatility for tasks ranging from assembly and pick-and-place to research and educational projects. Its repeatability of ±.1mm ensures precise and reliable operation, while the robust aluminum alloy construction provides durability and stability.

The Z1 Robotic Arm is powered by a 24V supply (current ≥ 20A) and features an Ethernet interface for seamless connectivity. It operates on Ubuntu and supports both position and force control, with force feedback and collision detection capabilities for enhanced safety and adaptability. The arm’s joints offer wide ranges of motion and high maximum speeds (up to 180°/s), enabling fast and efficient task execution.

Each joint is equipped with advanced harmonic reducers and industrial-grade cross rollers, delivering high torque (53Nm max), minimal backlash, and excellent force control accuracy (≤.5Nm). The Z1’s modular design allows for easy integration with other robots, such as the Aliengo or B1 quadruped robots, enabling collaborative and mobile robotic solutions for complex tasks and exploration.
